  1. 1.Add all ingredients except whipped cream and nutmeg to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. 2.Shake until well chilled.
  3. 3.Strain into a highball glass over ice.
  4. 4.Float whipped cream on top and sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.
