- 1.In cocktail shaker, muddle raspberries and thyme.
- 2.Add gin, egg white, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
- 3.Shake until mixture no longer sounds sloshy and you feel a lot of pressure.
- 4.Add ice to fill shaker half full.
- 5.Shake until well chilled.
- 6.Strain into a coupe and dust top with cinnamon and garnish with lemon and thyme.
